Large fire in restaurant on Texel | Inland

THE COCKS VILLAGE – In a restaurant on the Kikkertstraat in De Cocksdorp on Texel, a large fire raged during the night from Monday to Tuesday. The fire brigade on the Wadden Island is doing everything it can to prevent the fire from spreading to surrounding buildings, a spokeswoman for the safety region said. Help has also been called in from fire brigade units from the mainland.
