Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov has admitted that Russian authorities made “mistakes” in mobilizing hundreds of thousands of reservists for the invasion of Ukraine. “There are cases where the decree (which regulates the mobilization, ed.) was violated,” said Peskov.
