The Zoetermeer architect Ruud Bochoven created the unique design for the current owners of the house. From the outside, inside the house and on the roof terrace it looks like you are on a ship.

This villa is located in one of the most beautiful green places in Zoetermeer. With a view of the Zoetermeerse Plas and the Noord Aa recreation area, it seems like you are on holiday every day.

Enjoy your own spa

After an hour of exercise in your own fitness room, it’s time to relax. On the back terrace on the water, residents have a wonderful hot tub. From the water you can see water birds, sloops and Suppers passing by. There is a sauna room on the top floor of the house.
