The project is a collaboration between the municipality of Koekelare and project developer Hyboma. The works started in March last year. It is striking that natural gas was no longer supplied in the new district.
In addition to homes, there was also a new park zone of 1.65 hectares with a playground, petanque court and a permanent barbecue area for local residents. There will be 15 building lots for detached homes in the municipal part. Hyboma is also building 32 owner-occupied homes. The first construction works have already started.
The sale of the municipal building plots starts on May 8.
