On Tuesday morning, investigators on behalf of the federal public prosecutor’s office and an investigating judge in West Flanders carried out searches at private homes and company headquarters in Knokke-Heist and Eeklo in our country, and in Rotterdam and Sluis in the Netherlands. Six people have been taken for questioning: four in our country, two in the Netherlands.
The federal public prosecutor’s office does not mention any names, but according to various media it concerns a businessman from Knokke-Heist, who uses two companies in Knokke-Heist and Sluis.
