The British weather service Met Office has given a new storm the official name Debi. Debi will bring strong winds and heavy rainfall to the UK. That is why code orange for wind and code yellow for rain have been declared in the country. The RMI also announces code yellow for wind from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
