Yesterday, KLM canceled 144 flights for today and another 73 flights were canceled today. Also yesterday many flights have already been canceled. Flights that did depart were often delayed by hours.
A Schiphol spokesperson said he expects major flight cancellations and many delays tomorrow.
The KNMI issued code yellow this morning due to snow and slippery conditions. Earlier this morning it was still code orange in our province. The slippery conditions and winter weather will last all weekend and have a major impact on public transport.
