Two players are already out due to injuries, now the third follows. Klara Bühl is also not available for the DFB team against Slovenia.
Offensive player Klara Bühl will be missing from the German national team for the time being. As the German Football Association (DFB) announced on Sunday, the 25-year-old from double winners FC Bayern suffered injuries during morning training on campus Frankfurt/Main a muscular injury. National coach Christian Wück initially decided not to re-nominate.
Bühl will return to Munich for further examinations and will not travel with the team to Dresden, where the DFB women will meet Slovenia in the first World Cup qualifier on Tuesday (live on t-online from 5:45 p.m.). It is unclear whether Bühl will be available again for the second game four days later in Norway.
In addition to Bühl, Wück will also have to do without attacker Selina Cerci (TSG Hoffenheim) and defender Sophia Kleinherne (VfL Wolfsburg).
