Kjeld Nuis behind Jordan Stolz to silver at 1000 meters, Suzanne Schulting narrowly next to stage, medal for Merel Conijn at 3000 meters

The second day of the World Cup long -standing skating in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Poland, has not delivered Dutch gold. Merel Conijn finished second in the three kilometers. Dutch champion Marijke Groenewoud fell next to the stage. Suzanne Schulting just missed the stage in the 1000 meters. At the five kilometers before men, the Dutch played a supporting role. In the 1000 meter, Jordan Stolz drove the track record of Wesly Dijs (1.08.52) from the books: 1.08.43. Kjeld Nuis became second.
