Kimi Raikkonen has put his mansion in Como, Italy up for sale.
– A very rare opportunity to buy a property in Como on a 14-hectare plot with wonderful, wide views of Lake Como and the city itself. The plot is located in a private fenced park area, where only residents can access, it is stated in the sales notice.
From Tiluks it is less than five minutes by car to the center of Como and 45 minutes to Milan airport.
Räikkönen bought the luxury property in 2023. At that time, the Italian media reported that the F1 icon plans to renovate the buildings and yard areas on the plot. There are three buildings on the plot with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
A couple of years ago, it was also reported that the Räikkösten family had acquired a city apartment in the center of Como so that they could follow the progress of the renovation. Based on the sales pictures, however, the renovation has been left badly unfinished.
