– For the information of my friends and family, I am not about to be executed. Some idiot who manages Kim Kardashian’s account used my picture, Cantu writes.

The birthday hero tells TMZ that he understands that someone on Kim’s team likely shared the photo by mistake.
However, the man would not mind the apology, as his picture was posted for Kardashian’s 364 million followers to see.

Cantu maintains his innocence
Ivan Cantu, who is awaiting his death sentence, was found guilty by his cousin James Mosqueda and this partner by Amy Kitchen to murders. Mosqueda and Kitchen were murdered in 2000. Cantu has maintained his innocence throughout his imprisonment.
The death sentence is scheduled to be carried out on Wednesday. Cantu was supposed to die already in April 2023, but the date was postponed.
