Christian P. claims that he once accidentally attacked his girlfriend. He does not remember the 25 other knife wounds.
With 26 knife wounds, Christian P. (41) killed his girlfriend Josefine U. (43) in her apartment in Potsdam’s Waldstadt. The intensive offender known to the police has been on trial for murder since Tuesday. He claims: It was self-defense!
The man, known for drug and violent crimes, orphaned four children on March 1 in the kitchen of a prefab apartment on Am Schlangenfenn Street. He also stabbed the woman’s eldest son (21), while the younger siblings (1, 2 and 17 years old) had to watch the slaughter.

On the first day of the trial before the Potsdam district court, the perpetrator made a surprising statement: After a dispute, his son Jamie (17) attacked him with a knife. He grabbed a kitchen knife himself and “accidentally” stabbed Josefine U. behind him.
Christian P. allegedly can’t remember the other 25 stab wounds. Blackout! He had consumed a lot of amphetamine before the crime.
The eldest son (21) of the victim tells a different story: According to this, Josefine U. wanted to separate from Christian P. Aggressively and extremely jealously, he insulted the mother and children before the crime.
The 21-year-old saw how Christian P. stabbed the mother. He was badly injured himself when he rushed to her aid. Continued: October 7th.
