Kiev (dpa -Afx) – Ukraine accuses the Russian military of shooting four other Ukrainian soldiers after their capture. A video recorded by a drone documented this war crime, wrote the Ukrainian human rights officer Dmytro Lubinez near Teleginz. In the pictures you can see how soldiers come from a destroyed house with their hands raised and lie down in the grass at the command of their opponents. Then they shoot onto those lying on the floor – first in the back and then in the head.

“According to preliminary information, this happened on March 13th near the village of Pjtuchatky,” wrote Lubinez. He would send the case to the International Red Cross and the United Nations so that they record the crime. Such executions are not an isolated case, but systematic policy of the Russian Federation, which is promoted at the highest level, he complained. Several independent experts have classified the video as authentic.

Again and again Ukraine Russia accuses war crimes. In particular, the killing of prisoners of war has already been recorded several times on video or images. So far, Moscow has rejected all such allegations as baseless. Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskow said that Russia treated the captured Ukrainians in accordance with the international laws./bal/dp/men
