The Rolling Loud festival organized in Miami, USA, had a sad decision last Friday, when the headliner Kid Cudi stopped his show after only four songs.

During his concert, Kid Cudi was pelted with water bottles, and one of them hit him in the head. Angered by this, the rapper marched off the stage.

Pursuit of Happiness Kid Cudi, known for his song, warned the crowd and said he would leave if the throwing of things continued. Shortly after, another water bottle flew, and the man left.

The rapper has received both support and criticism on social media after his concert. In the opinion of many, an artist does not have to put up with mean and even violent treatment from the public. Others said that Kid Cudi’s show fee was probably really high, which is why he should have performed until the end.

In the public discussion, there has also been speculation that the behavior of the audience was the reason for the cancellation of the original headliner, Kanye “Ye” West’s concert. West canceled his gig just days before the festival, and Kid Cudi was brought in to replace him. So there may have been some disappointed West fans in the audience who showed their support for Kid Cudi. West and Kid Cudi are also enemies.

The two are now at odds after being close colleagues for a long time. In February, West announced that Kid Cudi would not be featured on his new album because he is friends with comedian Pete Davidson. Davidson is the boyfriend of West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian, whom West has actively barked at and threatened on social media.
