Last week, the Financial Times published a letter to the editor from Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Khodorkovsky is one of the few oligarchs not on the sanctions list, but that makes sense, because Putin hates him and the hatred is completely mutual. And in fact Khodorkovsky is also an ex-oligarch, because Putin confiscated all his assets and companies long ago and banished him from Russia.
