Kevin Kurány actually leads a quiet life in Stuttgart. But now he experienced a real nightmare.
Ex-international Kevin Kurányi has been the victim of a burglary. When the former striker came home last Friday evening around 10:40 p.m., he noticed two unknown men in his house in the Degerloch district of Stuttgart, where he lives with his wife and children. The perpetrators immediately fled and escaped over the balcony towards the forest. Kurányi still tried to follow her, but could not hold any of the burglars.
According to the police, the men probably came into the house via a balcony door in the first basement. A spokesman for the authority said that the perpetrators had stolen cash, jewelry and several handbags. The value of the prey is estimated at around 150,000 euros.
The police immediately initiated a search, but it was unsuccessful. Investigators secured traces at the scene and are now asking for information from the population.
