Another record for the very young Italian Kelly Doualla, who in Skopje signed the European U18 primacy of 100 meters. On the debut in the blue jersey, he won the gold medal at the European Youth Festival with the time trial of 11.21 (null wind). At just 15 years old, the Lombard of the Cus Pro Patria Milan has thus signed the third absolute national chrono of each era, like Irene Siragusa: better than her only Zaynab Dosso (11.01) and Manuela Levorato (11.14) in the history of the blue sprint.
