The Federal Knowledge Center for Healthcare (KCE) has developed a method to identify the main unmet needs of patients in a scientific and structured way. The method could be used in the context of RIZIV-INAMI reimbursement decisions, but also to better inform healthcare providers about the real needs of patients, and to determine the priorities for scientific research.
