Earlier this weekend, the people were interested in a Facebook update published by Liimatainen, posing with Katri Helena in the oxygen village. It was about taking additional oxygen; It generally helps the body to recover.
Liimatainen himself is a former athlete who has played hockey until the A-junior-and has found artists to use the same preparation today.
– It has been interesting to see how much this has gone to the fact that this has become quite the same elements as athletes. That is, all such recovery drinks and those like this are used in the artist field at all, he describes.
According to Liimatainen, the last -minute mood one week before the giant concert is such that there is a strict concentration and peaceful being.
– Then refuel with a pretty tight and accurate diet, and otherwise the meal intervals are rhythmic so that they remain according to plan.

Enormous career

– He always focuses on every work event very precisely and does it with terrible power. Of course, this bigger thing, of course, requires that kind of peaceful being, and at the same time it is the charge and concentration of that evening.

– Top traces are coming. A massive spectacle is coming.

– The production battalion and the team have been wearing around for a long time for a long time.
