They wanted “a big, colourful, lavish festival”. This is what Katharine Mehrling (47) and Tilmar Kuhn (52) had wanted since their engagement in March 2020.
On Friday, the multi-talent from Berlin and the actor tied the knot in the Italian community of Ostuni (Apulia).
“Amore… La Vita è bella,” La Mehrling wrote for her wedding photo on Instagram. Because almost all the houses in the village are whitewashed, Ostuni is also called the “white city”.
Because of the corona pandemic, the couple had to postpone the wedding again and again. “We definitely wanted to celebrate with a lot of friends and family,” revealed Mehrling to the BZ
On 22.7. In 2022, their dream together finally came true.
