Second division soccer team Karlsruher SC has extended the contract with veteran Daniel Gordon (37) by another year.
The people of Baden announced this on Tuesday. Gordon came to KSC in 2012, in the 2016/17 season he played for SV Sandhausen for a year.
“Despite, or perhaps because of, his age, he is still an important part of our team and is always there when he is asked,” said sporting director Oliver Kreuzer.
Central defender Gordon has made 26 appearances this season. After his career, he should be integrated into the club.
