On Monday (November 28), Kanye West guested for an interview with YouTuber Tim Pool, accompanied by Milo Yiannopoulos, his campaign manager and right-wing nationalist Nick Fuentes. West spoke of Trump spreading lies about him, even though West was on his side. When he was increasingly asked about his anti-Semitic views, the rapper eventually left the studio. Kanye West and his companions have all worked with Donald Trump in the past.

On November 24, Kanye West visited Donald Trump. Also present was Nick Fuentes, whom West and two other people brought along uninvited. At the interview, West brought only Fuentes and his campaign manager, Yiannopoulos. Trump also commented on the visit to his Florida home, calling it and West’s presidential bid a “waste of time.”

Now the rapper spoke again about the ex-president and said: “I would never have wanted to do anything that harms Trump. I’m on Trump’s side. Trump said things that hurt me. He lied about me, but I mean he’s known for his lies. […] I went into the ditch for Trump. There was no one else in my position who wore that hat.” Minutes before Kanye West left the show, he said, “I have the money [aus den geplatzten Werbedeals] lost to free speech, and that makes me the only American we know who truly deserves to rule the country.”

Afterward, West explained that God would crush him so he could better serve God, comparing himself to Malcolm X and Martin Luther King: “I thought I was Malcolm X, but I found out I was more of an MLK. Because while I’m being pressured by the press and financially every day, I just stand there. And when I found out they tried to put me in jail, it was like a dog bit my arm and I almost shed a tear. Nearly. But I bravely got through it anyway.”

Moderator Tim Pool then asked: “They really treated you unfairly?”. “Who is she?” West replied, to which Pool replied, “The press. I don’t use the word like you use it.” Nick Fuentes responded, but Kanye West felt a sore point because he asked what Pool meant by that, got up and left the show after a total of almost 21 minutes .
