“Friends, you are unreal! Thanks to everyone who has donated, especially Whitebit. They bought the trophy for $900,000,” the social media post read. Whitebit is a Ukrainian cryptocurrency trading platform.

Kalush Orchestra won the Eurovision Song Contest in Turin earlier this month with the song Stefania. Since 2008, the winner of the festival has been awarded the glass trophy.

The auction also featured Kalush Orchestra’s frontman Oleh Psiuk’s signature pink bucket hat. The proceeds, which have not yet been disclosed, are also intended for the Ukrainian army.
