Tarzan’s special test began with a Belgian by Thierry Neuville with performance. The Hyundai driver who was in the fight for victory will only fight for power stage points this weekend. The man who broke his suspension yesterday was not in the mood to talk at the finish line.

– The stage was bumpy. I didn’t do much video work and just drove through this. There’s really nothing more to say.

A decisive turn could be seen in the battle for silver, when Hyundai’s Dani Sordo lost Toyota For Elfyn Evans by nine seconds and lost second place. The Welshman drove the stage to victory.

Leading the race by more than two minutes Kalle Rovanperä drove the konkar very calmly at first. The world champion doesn’t want to risk his chances of winning when only an equipment failure or a driving mistake can ruin his weekend.

Rovanperä arrived at the finish line no less than 31 seconds behind Evans. Slowing down really doesn’t please the rally king.

– It felt like a long stage when you can’t drive properly. This is not easy when the pace and rhythm are missing, but everything is fine.

Most drivers complained about the conditions and tire choices. A cheerful man from Pieksämäki stood out from the crowd Esapekka Lappi.

– This was nice. I’m enjoying this, Lappi said.

The last special test before the power stage starts at 10:05.
