Scottish football fans have become a social media phenomenon during the World Cup.
On the social platform Tiktok, videos of celebrating Scots who have drunk the bars in Boston, USA, are spreading. The videos have up to millions of views. NBC’s for example, Boston Lager ran out of beer at the Boston Taproom last weekend.
The Boston brewing company said in its release that the Tartan Army, a Scottish supporter association, drank four times as much beer as the company typically sells during the holidays between Thursday and Sunday. The company had to organize an emergency delivery of the beer until Saturday morning so that the Scots could get enough to drink.
– We’ve never seen anything like it, Boston Taproom Billy DeCain commented to NBC.

– The White Bull Tavern didn’t have any food either. The Scottish fans had drunk the place to nothing and there was only Bud Light.
