Keeper Kaapo Kähkönen moved on the NHL transfer line from Minnesota Wild to the ranks of the San Jose Sharks.

Kähkönen opened the hatch against the Calgary Flames, but managed to spin on the ice for 18 seconds in the third round.

Competing with Kähkönen for playing time in San Jose James Reimer played a strong match and was the number one star in the entire match. Sharks won 4–3. Reimer heard about Kähkönen’s acquisition immediately after the dreams.
