The salient stages of his career are represented by the work carried out on the prevention of accidents, the supervision of the medical and performance department in all its aspects – fitness, nutrition, rehabilitation, psychology and recovery both in the male and female sphere – and in innovation in the development of talents. During his career, he was successfully engaged both in Europe (at Arsenal, for example, actively working in the prevention of accidents), and out of the continent, including club consultancy in NFL and NBA (his last collaboration is in Australia, with the Adelaide Football Club).
Darren’s academic credentials include a degree in motor sciences achieved at the University of New South Wales, a PhD in the development of talents and a master’s degree in the sports direction (in progress). A very refined speaker, author of sector publications and leader in the development of the culture of operating staff and high performance environments. He is currently consultant to High Performance for Fifpro and sits in the consultative board of Traits Insights, Peaq High Performance and Telos Performance Partners.
