Justin Bieber is getting his fans in the mood for his headlining set at next week’s Coachella.

On Tuesday, the pop star shared a montage clip on X from his secret pre-Coachella show at the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles last weekend. Bieber played his first US concert in four years on Sunday evening – an invite-only gig with a strict ban on cell phones. The new clip gives those who couldn’t be there a taste of what’s to come.

In the clip, Bieber addresses the audience at the Roxy Theater: “I just want to say thank you for coming tonight. This is so beautiful – this is a little taste of Coachella, and this will be so much fun.”

Setlist of “Swag” songs

The clip shows the singer sometimes in a pink beanie and TLC T-shirt, sometimes completely without a shirt. He can be seen playing songs from Swag: “Daisies,” “Speed Demon,” “Walking Away,” “Go Baby Go,” and “Yukon.”

On Sunday, Bieber performed a total of 25 songs. Noticeable: He limited himself exclusively to tracks from his two 2025 albums “Swag” and “Swag II” – at least according to Setlist.fm and a photo shared on social media. If the show and its setlist are indeed a preview of his Coachella set, that could mean that older hits like 2021’s “Peaches” or 2010’s career-defining song “Baby” won’t be played there.

According to Setlist.fm, the small club gig was divided into three separate sets: two regular sets, with an acoustic set in between. In this middle section, Bieber performed “Mother in You,” “Things You Do,” and “Dotted Line,” among others.

Big comeback on stage

Whatever else he has up his sleeve, Bieber’s Coachella performance is one of the most anticipated sets of the festival. Before the invite-only event on Sunday evening, the singer had not played a full-fledged public concert since the end of his “Justice” tour in 2022. There have been a few private performances, and Bieber took the stage at the 2026 Grammys – but Coachella will mark his big comeback to a big stage, with a set that goes well beyond a few songs.
