Due to the many delays, nine defendants present were sent home at the start of the session. Their case will only be dealt with on October 6.

“We are aware that every action on our part affects people involved in these matters, and want to apologize for this with regard to them,” said the attorney. “However, the proper functioning of the judiciary, which is one of the cornerstones of the Democratic constitutional state, is compromised in the long term, what this action justifies. In a certain sense it is also a taste of what the daily reality is in the case of justice if there is even further pruning.”
