Andreas Umbach is to become the new chairman of the Jungheinrich supervisory board.
As the MDAX company announced, the 62-year-old will initially be elected as a new member of the supervisory board at the general meeting on May 19th and then as chairman of the supervisory board at the constituent supervisory board meeting. The term of office of the previous Jungheinrich Supervisory Board Chair Kathrin Dahnke ends at the end of the Annual General Meeting. Kathrin Dahnke took over the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board on an interim basis following the early departure of her predecessor on December 31, 2025.
