The AI-driven search engine Perplexity makes an unsolicited bid for Chrome, Google’s browser. The $ 34.5 billion bid is considerably above the value of Perplexity (around 18 billion dollars). It is an opportunistic move. Google will never sell Chrome, but the right Google may forced Chrome to dispose of Chrome this month.
