Surprising news from Hannover: Sports director Jörg Schmadtke is leaving the second division team Hannover 96 after just three months. The club announced this on Sunday. Schmadtke had only arrived in January as the successor to Marcus Mann, who had left the club for Salzburg. Now the 62-year-old is leaving again after a short term in office.
