“I am Joppe Varkevisser (1993) and I am an editor at NUjij. I studied journalism in Utrecht and then worked for a few years as a freelancer at The Stentor and as a lyricist for various Dutch artists. I have been working for NU.nl since February 2018 and I am involved in the NUjij responses, in particular the question hours where readers can ask questions live to various experts. I also help the developers of the site and the app to make NUjij the best possible response platform. I care about the relationship between editors and readers.”
