Jonnie Boer (60) kept a tragic word: innovator never took leaves for the mouth

After 43 years at the highest culinary level, top chef Jonnie Boer (60) wanted to slowly want to get rid of life with hostess and wife Thérèse. Plans were in the making of having their children Isabelle (21) and Jimmie (24) take over the baton of three -star restaurant De Librije in Zwolle. Tragically, farmer died in his beloved Bonaire – where he wanted to spend more time in the future – suddenly on a pulmonary embolism.
