Jonas Vingegaard puts an exclamation mark behind Giro with a fifth stage victory, Thymen Arensman retains fourth place

Jonas Vingegaard has once again excelled in the Giro d’Italia. The Dane from Visma-Lease a Bike was the first to reach the Piancavallo after 200 kilometers in his pink jersey. Thymen Arensman had a tough time, but retained his fourth place in the general classification. Without any accidents during the last flat stage, that will also be his final position in this round.
