The Austrian jewelry retailer Diadoro HandelsGmbH is insolvent.
The operator of Diadoro stores in Wörgl and Jenbach has filed for bankruptcy with the responsible regional court in Steyr, the Austrian creditor protection association KSV1870 announced on Wednesday. Attorney Gerwin Freilinger was appointed as insolvency administrator.
Diadoro HandelsGmbH is part of the Diadora association, which includes medium-sized, family-run jewelry businesses in Austria and Germany. In addition to the stationary stores, the more than 60 jewelers have also been running their own online shops since 2017.
