The Bennifers’ real estate deal comes just months after their wedding. It seems that the two had initially planned to renovate the Bel Air mansion and transform it into their new love nest. Instead, according to reports from the agency Ipanow Messrs. Afflecks live rented in Beverly Hills and are looking for a new home to start their new life as husband and wife. The couple also own other real estate properties: an estate in Georgia currently up for sale for $8.9 million, a penthouse in New York City, a mansion in the Hamptons and a small cottage in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Has nine bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms, as well as two large terraces. Then there is a guest cottage, a gym, an open-air amphitheater with 100 seats, spa, swimming pool and a private lake complete with a beach.
