Belgian cyclist Jasper Philipsen has won the fifth stage in the Tour of the United Arab Emirates. The Alpecin-Fenix rider won the bunch sprint on Al Marjan Island.
It was his second stage win in the United Arab Emirates for 23-year-old Philipsen. He also won the first stage on Sunday.
The 20-year-old Dutchman Olav Kooij of Jumbo-Visma crossed the line in second after 182 kilometers.
The UAE Tour, as the stage race is officially called, lasts until Sunday.
