Jason Momoa thinks one of his movies is “a pile of shit”: “It got pulled over”

Actor Jason Momoa43, has enough films on his resume, but he names one of them as very bad. Variety-magazine, Momoa is disappointed with his 2011 film, whose final result on the big screen did not match what he thought during filming.

– I have been in many bad films. Conan the Barbarian -film was one of them, Momoa admits to GQ Magazine.

– It was one of my best experiences, but it was dragged out and the movie became a big pile of shit, Momoa says.

The same film was also panned by many film critics. The film’s box office revenue was around 63 million euros, which did not fully cover its 90 million euro budget. The film was a remake of the 1982 film of the same name, which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger. Momoa played the lead role in the film, namely Conan the Cimmerian.

Starring Momoa Conan the Barbarian published successfully Game of Thrones -after the first season of the series. Acting in both films established Momoa’s reputation as a masculine and muscular star. Momoa has mixed feelings about this.

– It’s been challenging because people always think I’m just a man who plays “macho characters”. But I want to go beyond that and do something new. Things change, the villain roles I play these days are peculiar, Momoa says to the magazine.
