Jamel L. stabbed AH employee and are still dangerous psychiatric patients ‘just’ on the street

After the death of Antoneta, the AH employee who was stabbed to death by Jamel L. in The Hague two years ago, it had to be better with the care of homeless people who urgently need psychiatric help. But hardly anything has changed. The official estimate is that there are around 1500 ‘jams’ throughout the country: ‘confused people’ who may be dangerous.
