J. Cole comes to Germany: concerts in Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg.
J. Cole is coming to Germany for three concerts in autumn 2026. As part of his “The Fall-Off” tour, the US rapper will play at the Uber Arena in Berlin on October 7th, at the LANXESS Arena in Cologne on October 15th and at the Barclays Arena in Hamburg on November 8th. For the 41-year-old, these are the first European arena shows in nine years.
A possible career finale
The tour accompanies his seventh studio album “The Fall-Off”. Cole has repeatedly announced it himself since 2020 and emphasized in interviews that it could be the last album in his discography. The project can be read as a summary of his career, which took him from the mixtape underground to becoming a defining rapper of his generation.
Musically, J. Cole continues the mix of soulful samples, classic boom bap and contemporary trap aesthetics of its predecessor. “The Fall-Off” brings together mostly autobiographical tracks between self-reflection, career reviews and personal retrospectives. The double album is divided into two parts “Disc 29” and “Disc 39”, each of which reflects Cole’s life at the corresponding age.
Advance sales start in February
Advance sales for the Germany concerts begin staggered. An exclusive presale for PayPal and Telekom customers starts on February 18, 2026 at 9 a.m. The official presale via Ticketmaster will follow on February 19, 2026 at 9 a.m.
With over 50 concerts, “The Fall-Off” tour will be one of the most extensive tours of J. Cole’s career. In addition to Germany, numerous other European cities such as Zurich and Amsterdam are on the agenda.
Between the arena stage and the trunk sale
Parallel to the release, Cole used an unusual promotional strategy. Titled “The Fall-Off: Trunk Sale,” he personally sold physical copies of the album out of the trunk of his car. The action is a self-referential gesture: J. Cole is reminiscent of his beginnings, when he used this method to bring his music directly to the audience.
For a superstar of his size, this step seems like a calculated countermovement to the digitalized present. The contrast between global arena tours and improvised street sales reflects his career path and thus the core of this LP.
