With the support of some familiar faces, including singer Sergio, Bryan wants to break the taboo around mental health and encourage people to seek help. “Go seek help as soon as possible. It’s okay not to be okay,” Sergio confirms in a video.
Despite the long waiting lists, Bryan remains hopeful: “Talk about it with your family or call 1813. For children there is awel. I did that myself and that helped me, because it is anonymous.”
