Luciano spallet Has been fired from the head coach of the Italian football team. The decision came only days after Italy felt a crushing 0-3 loss against Norway in the World Cup qualifiers.
The defeat of the Italians raised the panic in the country again. The traditional football country last appeared in the World Cup in 2014.
The spallet himself confirmed his divorce at Sunday’s briefing. He said that the chairman of the Italian Football Association Gabriele Gravina announced her kicks on Saturday night.
– We talked last night and Gravina told me that I would be separated. I had no intention of giving up. I would have liked to stay on the job and continue my work. I will be involved tomorrow against Moldova and then we conclude my contract, Spalletti said.
The spallet coached the Azzurrs from August 2023. In the end, the Spallet’s balance remained steady: 11 wins, 6 draws and 6 losses.
