A new PFAS report advises against eating eggs from your own garden. Not only in risk areas such as Zwijndrecht, but throughout Flanders. Is home-grown really that dangerous? “You won’t run into problems with one or two eggs a week, but it shouldn’t be much more,” says toxicologist Jacob De Boer.
