In 2011 Hasan Ismaik joined the traditional club TSV 1860 Munich. Now the investor sells its shares in Switzerland.

Investor Hasan Ismaik sold his shares in the traditional club TSV 1860 Munich after 14 years. As the third division soccer team announced, a Swiss family holding company agreed with Ismaik about the takeover of its shares. The execution is expected for the coming week.

In mid -April, Ismaik surprisingly stated that he wanted to separate from his proportions. “I think in 1860 someone needs new things – you don’t need Hasan. If I stay, this club will stay as it is,” said the controversial investor at the “ARD/Blickpunkt Sport”.

“Anyone who thinks they have the ability to buy in 1860-my door is open. But if they don’t have 200 to 300 million, it will not work for him,” added the 47-year-old.

In the club announcement to his farewell, Ismaik now emphasized that it was clear from the start that he only separated from its proportions if TSV 1860 Munich benefits. “Leaving 1860 Munich without debt is a wonderful success story and I am very happy to hand over the relay wood to someone who can help the club so much,” he said.

It was agreed at the purchase price, it continued. In the course of the transaction, however, all loans were issued, with the exception of the financing commitments that are required for the license of the current season. The new shareholder is committed to the Greenwald stadium as a home of the club and wants to renovate it according to the guidelines of German football league.

The Presidium of the TSV 1860 was convinced that the commitment “is not only a commitment to the association, but also to the city of Munich and its inhabitants. Together we will now start our big goal.”

In addition, the “Löwen” announced that they had signed the Norwegian attacker Sigurd Haugen. The 27-year-old comes from the Danish first division club Aarhus Gf. The Munich-based company did not provide any information about the contract and transfer modalities. Last season Haugen was loaned to league controller Hansa Rostock. For the Mecklenburg team, he scored ten goals in the 3rd division.
