The sporting goods dealer Intersport Klöpping opened its third location on Thursday in Dessau. The new branch is located in the centrally located shopping center Rathaus Center and has an area of around 800 square meters. The traditional company belonging to the Intersport trade network also operates shops in the Saxony-Anhalt cities of Jessen and Wittenberg.
The retailer is particularly proud of the establishment of the new branch. “The extraordinary store concept takes up the world-famous Bauhaus tradition dessau and interpreted it in a fresh look,” said the company. The interior design office Konrad Knoblauch GmbH from Markdorf responsible for the design had “set both spatial and color accents to integrate the typical style into the store”.
Heiko Klöpping, the managing director of Intersport Klöpping, paid tribute to the reopening. “With this store we take the step into a center for the first time and combine our passion for sport with the cultural identity of the city – a real heart project,” he said in a statement.
