Social development companies must be able to continue to reward their employees with a work disability based on their own collective labor agreement, even if these employees are lent to other companies. To this end, the Allocation of Workers Decree is amended by intermediaries. The intended decision went into internet consultation on Monday 19 May. Everyone can respond to up to and including 15 June via Internetconsultatie.nl.

The changed decision is part of the more certainty flex workers. That bill was submitted to the Lower House on 19 May. That bill states that temporary workers and other people who are lent to work at other companies are entitled to equivalent employment conditions such as people who are directly employed by that company.
