Employment agencies, secondment companies and other lenders will have to state their turnover from the previous calendar year when applying for Wtta admission. This allows the Dutch Lending Market Authority (NAU) to determine the annual contribution for authorized lenders. A distinction is made according to the size of the company: smaller entrepreneurs will pay a lower contribution than larger entrepreneurs.
These further rules are included in the Baadi Amendment Decree and are being submitted for internet consultation today. You can respond via internetconsultatie.nl. The consultation runs until May 22, 2026. The amount of the compensation for the application procedure for lenders will be announced in early 2027.
In addition, the ministerial amendment regulation for the Wtta is in internet consultation. This states the amount of the fee for the designation procedure for inspection bodies. You can respond via internetconsultatie.nl.
The Wtta is a new admission system for lenders, such as employment agencies. The aim of this system is to create a level playing field and better protect migrant workers. This law will come into effect from January 1, 2027. For more information about the Wtta and the Dutch Loan Market Authority, visit admissionuitleenmarkt.nl.
