Internet consultation. The consultation is about the ‘Regulation on the temporary law of Groningen in connection with the adoption of the requirements for advisers and some other changes’. This includes which criteria the advisers must meet in order to be allowed to assist owners, such as work experience, knowledge and skills and education. A number of other things are also being adjusted to improve the implementation of the reinforcement operation.
The consultation period starts on September 22 and closes on 31 October 2025. After closing the consultation period, the responses are studied and the consultation report shows how they are processed. Shortly after the consultation, the scheme starts.
