“Criticism isn’t excessive, only mediocre people don’t admit their mistakes. I remain even more convinced of coaching a special group, I told the players today. We are not finished, we have to prove it ”. Coach Stefano Pioli said so in the presentation press conference on the eve of the championship derby against Inter. “I’ve always thought and still believe that Sundays are played based on the way we train. We haven’t been able to do that lately, but this has certainly been an excellent week from all points of view.”
And again: “Result already written? That Inter arrive better yes and that they did better in the cups last year yes, but we are the ones who did better in the league last year. And we have the possibility to do it again. The derby is an opportunity.”
